Looking for a career in Outside Sales? We're hiring professionals to help our customers in southeastern, NY and western, CT. This a half of a well established territory that we are looking to expand and add coverage in Connecticut.
Premier Pump & Supply, Inc. is a service oriented wholesale supplier of water pump, water treatment and geothermal supplies, covering New England and Eastern New York. We are based out of Northfield, NH and have three supporting warehouses in Oakland, ME, Medway, MA and High Falls, NY. Premier Pump & Supply has been in business since 1993 and continues to grow on account of its leading brands, strong service orientation and values.
If you have experience in the trades and/or dealing with people and want to get out and manage a territory in the water industry, this could be what you are looking for. Though sales experience and a successful track record are helpful, these candidates will appeal to us mostly by exuding a passion to succeed and eagerness to help their customers. We will be looking for someone that possesses problem solving skills and an eagerness to win. Additionally, these candidates must have a natural ability to build relationships and can work independently.
Our starting compensation is based on what it produces now, but there is a lot of opportunity to build on and new territory to develop especially in our Water Treatment and geothermal segments to increase those earnings. A lot of opportunity is open.

We offer a performance based compensation package that includes a base salary, commissions and bonuses based on growth.
